The Skip CPO group is a community of 20-plus current and ex-head of products from across the tech industry. On average, a head of product remains in that role for only two years before exiting. The Skip community aims to extend this by developing and sharing best practices on how to lead a product function, successfully partner with the company’s leaders, craft product organizations, hire and scale a product team, and expand a product portfolio. Members collectively have more than 50 years of product leadership experience across dozens of industries including fintech, security, web3, and e-commerce and are some of the most accomplished and influential executives in the industry.The CPO group is invitation-only and is part of the Skip platform devoted to help tech professionals skip ahead in their career.

- Led product & design at Divvy Homes, with the mission of making homeownership and financial empowerment accessible to everyone with an innovative rent-to-own product.- Scaled the business from <$10M to $XXXM+ in revenue over the course of 2.5 years. Established and scaled the product & design team to 16, and the broader EPD team to 80+ team members. - Research, design and launch of the first new product (flexible equity product) since the company was started, which represented majority of 2022 onward growth.- Product, research, and tools to support going vertical, with the launch of 3 new business lines: Realty, Title Insurance, and a JV Mortgage.

- Product and strategy for Airbnb's global Superhost program, host education product, community platform, and a new system for host recognition and rewards. Developed and launched the $17M Superhost Relief Fund during COVID-19.

Tapped by CFO to drive the vision, strategy, and execution for 0-to-1 build of Financial Products and Insurance Products at Airbnb, both critical drivers of host acquisition targets and EBITDA contribution.

Owned the global customer support product vertical at Airbnb, inclusive of internal tools, machine learning driven chatbots, and automated issue resolution. Our daily work involved C-Suite stakeholders, thousands of employees, and impacted 8M+ customers annually. We drove down customer service costs as % of revenue by 500 bps. As head of product, I built a team of 12 managers & ICs across SF, Seattle, Portland offices. I was a leadership team member responsible for building out Portland and Seattle office tech talent.

Led the growth team, driving critical wins in conversion rate, new user onboarding, and the launch of our first React Native app that helped the company 2.5x their active customer base. Wore many hats as the company grew from Series A to B, and also was interim lead for paid marketing, SEO/SEM and analytics.

Customer-facing product and technology platform for Amazon's $1.3 billion daily deals (ie, Prime Day) business. Drove XXX%+ YoY growth via new user experience, machine learning models supporting pricing & inventory selection experimentation, and partnerships with country managers around the world.

My role was to understand markets, business models & formulate thesis on industries quickly and present investment opportunities to Investment Committee. Lead associate on 6 private equity investments requiring market research, business due diligence, intensive modeling, and investment committee presentations.
