As artistic director, I am in charge of all artistic aspects of Perceptual Motion, Inc. I choreograph dances, select the costumes, props, and other visuals. I audition, and train dancers in the company. I develop dance programs in schools, community centers as well as in facilities for senior citizens.As executive director, I implement Perceptual Motion's.

I teach Tai Chi Chuan for elders on Mondays 9:00-10:00am and Wednesdays from 10:30-11:30 am. I also teach 8-10 week workshops on Yang style Long Form Tai Chi at Galter LifeCenter. I studied Tai Chi Chuan with H.H. Lui in Chicago. I have been teaching Tai Chi Chuan since 1974.

I teach dance residencies, teacher workshops and special projects. Dance residencies are developed to teach the art form of dance or to use dance to teach curriculum.

Lin has taught adult modern dance and children's dance in a variety of venues throughout Chicago since 1973.

I taught creative dance and ballet at the Oak Park Park District on Saturday mornings. From 1989 to 2008, I also taught folk dance and jazz/hip hop in their summer camp program (S.C.A.W.). I choreographed for two recitals per year.

I taught Tai Chi for Kids in Old Town's Summer Camp 2008, and was on their roster of residency artists.

Taught creative movement to elementary school chidren at St. Peter's School and the Children's School of Oak Park (located in Berwyn) as part of Adler Danzheatre's community outreach.

I designed and implemented dance residencies. The goal was to develop strong skills in reading, comprehension and writing through dance. Classroom teachers were actively engaged in the planning and implementation process for these residencies. I also teacher in services on dance as one of the major art forms and as a tool to enhance curriculum.

Was in charge of all aspects of the dance department. This included interviewing,hiring and supervising teachers, teaching, consulting with educators in implementing and developing dance programs in schools, putting together annual performances, the administrative duties of student registration, financial management and publicizing the program.
