1. Participate in risk-analysis in order to make right categorization in terms of difficulty for new projects. 2. Finish preliminary design, release preliminary engineer drawing by CAD, PRO/E. 3. Set up experimental design by DOE method for some key dimension and key tolerance, such as the height tolerance of magnet, the inner and outer radius of magnet. 4. Run CAE software, such as MAXWELL, ANSYS to get simulation result, verify feasibility of experimental design. 5. Do value analysis for Marrier. 6. Set up product specifications, provide direction during the prototype sample manufacture , analyse and sum up test data, choose the best design scheme, release formally engineer drawing and FA sample building schedule. 7. Do correlation test with Customer based on Prototype sample. 8. Monitor and direct first article sample building, finish functional and reliability test, analyse and sum up test data, verify first article samples with product specifications. 9. Prepare the first article report to get mass production qualification.
