Mergers and Acquisitions work stream:• Played an integral role specifically within Change Management, responsible for project plan, GAP analysis, led rebranding efforts, training, demo, communication and entity consolidation EIBs. • Created Workday training plans and materials to harmonize legacy Yahoo and legacy AOL's HR systems and processes. • Technical writer for Workday desktop and mobile knowledge base articles. Created and managed articles on Jive to empower global managers and employees with self-serve content. Workday and Project Management:• Worked with project management team to assess, strategize and manage Workday and internal system solutions. Collaborated and worked directly with power users, partners and key stakeholders at all levels to initiate, plan, collect, prioritize requirements, implementation and execute projects.• Conducted Workday UX sessions to understand user behavior both on mobile and desktop. • Responsible for Workday configurations, end to end business processes, Enterprise Interface Builder, regression testings, UAT, feature rollout, upgrades, change management, training, adoption and maintenance.• Project Manager, Change Management Lead and Workday configuration Lead, launched the Reference Letter (Verification of Employment Letters) feature for Global Verizon Media. Responsible for project life cycle from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring/controlling to closure and training. • Key project member, co-configured Workday business process and calculated fields; rolled out Workday Performance, Goal and Potential features. • Provided support to Global Shared Services team.
