As Business Manager I am responsible for the continuous improvement of internal operations of Synechron. As a consultant at Synechron, I worked on change projects in the financial sector and focus on improving organisational processes. At Synechron I got the opportunity to execute a broad range of projects with different clients, from small domestic banks to large international players. I am challenged to deal with complex issues in a constantly changing environment.

As a dance instructor, I encouraged people to be aware of their health, exercising and nutrition.

At the municipality of Amsterdam, I have set up the project ‘Fresh in de Les’. This is an integrated neighborhood approach for primary school children and their parents focusing on three health elements; nutrition, exercising and going to bed on time. I mapped the network of entrepreneurs in the neighborhood and made them enthusiastic to contribute to the project. I was responsible for the content of the project, acquisition / PR, planning and coordination.

As Teacher Assistant, I gave work group sessions regarding Human Resource Management and Quantitative Research (Statistics and SPSS). Third year graduate students and pre-master students of the Amsterdam Business School participated in the work group sessions. I was responsible for the development of examinations, case studies and the implementation of an online feedback program (Turn It In).

Support in conducting research of Professors and PhD candidates.

For Startwijzer, a consultancy firm for start ups, I performed several administrative activities and maintain the customer database.

At the Beurs van Berlage, I organized events such as conferences, fairs and concerts.
