Invoice process – Sales & Purchase.• Petty cash recording and Management.• Maintain accounting documents and records, ensuring all files are up to date.• Assist with day-to-day operations of the Finance department, Report generation• Processing expense requests for the accountant to approve.• Bank reconciliation.• EPF filing with Enrolment• GST calculation & Filing• Handling communications with clients and vendors via phone, email• Accounts receivable (debt management)• Prepare bank deposits.• Participate in quarterly and annual audits
