At Konstelasi Accelerator, I played a pivotal role in launching the program for sustainable businesses accelerator program. For the first two years, I spearheaded curriculum development, selection processes, and monitoring & evaluation systems. Today, I focus on building a robust ecosystem, recognizing that a well-designed program isn't enough for sustainable growth.

This program/training is a part of the Kartu Prakerja program, organized in collaboration with the Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia and the Program Implementation Management of Kartu Prakerja.

Impact Measurement is a project to show the credibility of each impact given to the nation. Working with renown corporations and government, Impact Factory helps to build an organizational culture and people development. Lintang has a role as a researcher to assist the publication of several books such as Passion to Performance and #UltimateU (later on became radio and tv show). She was also responsible for managing content to #UltimaetU column in Kompas Newspaper.

Eubios Ethics Institute is a nonprofit organization that aims to stimulate international discussion towards SDG. Lintang joined one of the programs named LBD (Youth Looking Beyond Disaster) in Kobe-Japan in the 3rd quarter of 2013. She was an Indonesian Student Representative sent by the university to join LBD's international conference. After the program, she had engagements working with The National Agency for Disaster Countermeasure sharing knowledge to volunteers related to disaster matters.

Customer Value Management is a part of the Marketing Department in Cigna Insurance. Lintang became the first university student to be an intern in the department. Lintang has a role as a data analyst, creating customer cluster using K-means algorithm using SAS software program.
