 Developed and implemented a community engagement and social responsibility program. Created a visioning process to identify university orientation and policy. Developed an inventory of community initiatives presently underway. Identified community partners and developed partnership initiatives. Organized community engagement activities and opportunities for student internships, mentorships and service-based learning opportunities.

 Developed and implemented a diverse network of Community Learning Centers (CLC) throughout the English-speaking communities of Quebec. Developed partnerships with provincially mandated Community organizations serving English-speaking communities. Supervised and coordinated community organization involvement in the CLC Network through the development of a CLC Community Resource Committee. Developed, managed and monitored the Community CLC Action Plans developed by the Provincial Resource Team, Community Coordinators and the CLC Resource Committee Coordinated and developed partnerships to support network-wide programs addressing academic enrichment, recreation, employment, economic development and social service needs for students, parents and families and the community. Identified and assisted appropriate provincial community providers and government agencies to offer their services on site

 Responsible to the Minister of Education and chef du Cabinet. Liaison with the English School Boards and the English-speaking Community.  Liaison with cultural communities and intercultural education. Liaison with Ministry staff and School Boards on School Construction Program at the primary and secondary school levels throughout Quebec.
