DriveFactor was a VC-backed telematics service provider. We created a strong value proposition and scalable platform, which was acquired by CCC, the leading claims software provider in the USA with over 300 insurer clients. From the very first days, I led marketing and business development, including client engagement and strategy.

The second largest P&C insurer in the UK (ADM.L) recruited me to join the leadership team of their US startup. My role was to set up from scratch the marketing infrastructure for this direct-to-consumer online auto insurance company, which we did in ~10 months.

In its heyday, Circuit City had 700+ stores and employed over 42,000 associates. My role was to identify, develop and launch new large scale opportunities, primarily outside the retail channel. - Developed strategic plan to generate $1B in new revenue by 2010. Conducted market, industry, and competitive analysis. Identified customer needs, built business case, and designed go-to-market strategies. Employed test and learn, pilot, and scale tactics to de-risk new initiatives.- Recipient of Chairman's Award for financial / profitability contribution 2007- Selected for a year-long Innovation program run by outside consultants. Only ~80 associates nationwide chosen to participate.

I worked for the $4B medical-surgical subdivision of McKesson, a Fortune 10 which serves the full spectrum of healthcare. Internal consultancy role developing multi-year strategic plans for all five business lines. - Served as point person for over $50M in acquisitions which solved for strategic gaps and provided a platform for growth. Led cross-functional teams in due diligence, negotiation, and closing activities to achieve alignment in culture, systems, and policies. - Solely responsible for financial models and valuation of acquisition targets and setting budgets for new businesses with input from leadership and finance team.
