Assisting in the application process of new members.

Västervik, Sweden

I was working with a tax application, managing the full process, data entering, making controls and decide whether to approve or deny applications, communicating the decision to the applicants and in the event of an appeal assisting the legal team and finally organizing the filing and archiving. The position also meant working with a national telephone hot-line, answering questions from applicants and other parties involved in the application process. I was also closely involved in the implementation of a new application system; writing a risk analysis, making suggestions on how to allocate resources in order to minimize those risks, making a follow-up analysis of the software used for the database and forming new work routines for our department.

Solna, Sweden

I was working on a project to correct the information in the National Public Registry; performing extensive investigations regarding peoples’ domicile, handling sensitive and classified information and finally making official decisions based on the Swedish law on public registry.

Malmö, Sweden

The main tasks were to inspect passports and visas of travelers entering Sweden, execute deportations of people without proper visas and taking custody of people seeking asylum in Sweden and transmit them to the migration authorities.
