Worked with sales and marketing activities with customers in following sectors: water and wastewater facilities, district heating, and power distribution (electricity) within the borders of Sweden. My main role was to provide value for our customers with help of Cactus in-house developed SCADA system Cactus Eye. Due to the diverse nature of Cactus customers’ businesses, I was required to find multi-faceted solutions that meet and exceed the requirements from several different stakeholders.

In this role I was assigned to drive sales activities in targeted markets across Europe. Together with local country sales representatives (ABB) I worked on market specific adaptation of our product portfolio. The role required as much internal as external sales activities, including extensive traveling.

In this role I worked with business development of Control Room Solutions for the industrial division Industrial Automation Control Technologies (IACT). Roughly 95% of my customer base were located outside of Sweden. I frequently participated at various ABB event and exhibitions in Europe and Middle East. For the northern part of Europe I occasionally hosted internal ABB sales educations. The role also includes driving business development within the Blue light industry in Europe.

In this role I worked with both internal and external projects. With focus on internal project such as product and process development. I conducted surveys at our production facilities and participated in product development workshops hosted by our R&D department. On the engineering department I initiated the change process for how products where classified and structured.

At Consat I worked as a consultant within the division of customized machinery. This is the period that I learned the far most. In small team we were designated to engineer and put together every component of those machines. I learn a lot about different industrial requirements and also a lot about project management.

I worked at the Project & Provisioning Office with the implementation of the agile project-managing tool Hansoft 7,0. My main responsibilities was to find and establishing best practices and helping out during the start-up.

At JWR, former known as REMAB Engineering AB, I worked as a consultant within the field of mechanical engineering. I worked alongside experienced engineers in larger international projects.

A quantitative market analysis at the corporate marketing department at IFS with the purpose to analyse how IFS can strengthen its market position by delivering products that provide a great user experience.

I was working as a project manager for a computer software development project. The aim was to develop a tool, similar to Microsoft Project, designed for Ericsson’s unique project management needs. The project was carried out in collaboration with an external software development consultant firm. Our delivery in late August was a beta version aimed for an internal evaluation of the concept. The application got a lot of positive feedback. In December the same year it was decided to invest in a full-scale version aimed for a global implementation at Ericsson.

I was investigating and grouping different kinds of bug/error reporting’s from customers for pattern tracking. I also was supporting senior project managers in their work.
