In this role, I am responsible for both maintaining and further developing Hedin Group's CRM system. My key focus is to ensure that as much of the organization as possible can access consolidated customer and vehicle data in sales and lead management. This enables us to provide Hedin's customers with the best possible service and experience. In addition, I hold budget and cost responsibility for CRM in Sweden and the Netherlands, and lead the CRM team to drive strategy and continuous improvement across both markets.

At Hedin, I have been given a fantastic opportunity as a CRM Solution Architect from the start to be part of their initiative to create a global CRM for retailers and importers around the world. The platform used is Microsoft Dynamics CE in combination with Adobe Campaign as a Marketing Automation tool.

Had the privilege to develop both CRM and marketing work together with Swedish and Norwegian Volvo dealers by further developing Tacdis CRM which is based on the Caesar CRM platform.During my period at Volvo Car Retail Solution, I had daily contact with end users while I continuously worked on setting requirements as well as developing the CRM platform. I also held training courses with both sales managers and salespeople as well as marketing managers at the respective companies.
