Mitt uppdrag har varit att utveckla och kommersialisera en världsunik idé – en intelligent kamera för hästar. En fantastisk resa som bl.a. inneburit följande:- Idé till etablerad världsunik AI produkt med egen hårdvara, mjukvara och app. - Tagit in 25 Msek i riskkapital- Ökat företagets värde med 400% på 5 år - Byggt en organisation med 6 personer- Utvecklat en metod för att upptäcka fölning som resulterat i ett patent

Tamani Foundation is a private charity organisation (NGO). It offers free education to children and adults. The school is funded by two beach villas that are rented to tourists. All money from the villas goes directly to the school. As a volunteered I worked with all from teaching to strategic planning. Since it's both a school and a tourist destination the the job varied a lot. Being a young organisation (3 years when I started) there was many structural set ups that needed to be done in order to run the organisation efficient.

I worked with a mix of operational management and strategic business development of our affiliated companies (specialist care clinics). App. 20% of my time was spent on economical follow up and the remaining part of my time was spent at business development/management of our present clinics, acquisitions, start ups and participation of different projects within Global Health Partner, for instance implementation of an option program. I was a board member in three clinics and responsible for the management team in the Dental business area. Since all operational management of our clinics was made in cooperation with the leading specialist doctors at the clinics, I needed to adopt skills such as communication, patience and leadership based on each situation.
