With over 20 years of experience at Olmero AG, I have specialized in optimizing the tendering and quotation process in the construction industry through modern SaaS solutions. Our platform connects architects, contractors and suppliers to increase efficiency, transparency and quality in construction projects. In my role as Head of Tenders, I am responsible for the strategic development of our core business: tenders, e-submissions and online devising, specifically for architects, construction owners, general contractors and planners.My focus is on the digitization of construction processes to increase work efficiency and reduce project costs. The introduction of digital submissions and the use of an extensive BKP (category of work)-structured marketplace enable our customers to seamlessly integrate local and national partners into their construction projects – without having to do without their favorite companies. The result is significant time and cost savings. My approach combines strong sales leadership, analytical thinking and a deep understanding of the construction industry to develop customized solutions that optimize the entire construction process.Thanks to my construction background and ongoing training in the construction sector, I have developed a deep understanding of the industry's specific needs. In addition, I have gained extensive sales and leadership experience in my career. I have successfully led sales teams and worked closely with marketing and product management teams to jointly drive the development of our SaaS platform. My contribution to product management included adapting our solutions to the needs of the construction industry, including project management tools, CDE solutions (Common Data Environment), project platforms and defect management, to sustainably promote the success of our customers.Through my role, I have also driven the use of cloud technologies and the automation of workflows in the construction industry. These technologies enable our customers to scale processes and maximize productivity.
