- Assisted customers with a wide variety of tasks, including but not limited to: withdrawals, deposits, loan payments, etc.- Collected and scanned batches of documents used for the aforementioned tasks to other departments of the bank, on behalf of all the employees working in my branch.- Managed influxes of customers, oftentimes creating a stressful work environment, with the intention of best preserving customer satisfaction and maintaining an efficient workplace.- Received and assisted counting deliveries of large amounts of cash to the bank, sorted by bill denomination and then stored in the vault.
