Some key tasks include:• Driving and implementing company culture in the Umeå office.• Collaborating closely with the global HR team to ensure alignment with the HR roadmap and key initiatives.• Providing coaching and guidance to managers on employee relations, company processes, and operational procedures.• Managing all aspects of the Umeå office operations.• Supporting managers in resource and competency planning, recruitment, organizational development, compensation, benefits, and employee-related issues.• Leading employer branding initiatives and associated projects.• Coordinating core HR processes such as performance management, talent review, and salary evaluations.• Proactively addressing employee feedback and concerns.• Contributing to retention and development strategies.• Ensuring a high-quality onboarding experience and facilitating effective manager communication.• Implementing local HR processes while contributing to global process improvements.• Conducting monthly payroll checks in collaboration with our payroll partner.
