Responsible for strategic planning, educational leadership and supervision of the four schools currently in the WES Education Group: Changsha WES Academy, Changsha WES (Bilingual) Academy, Nanchang International School, and Feida Middle School Shanghai.

- Oversee the operation of Career Hub (former Career Services) and manage a team of 8 staff to conduct services to more than 11,000 students at multiple campuses- Led the rebranding of Career Services to raise the profile of the services and increase students and faculty awareness of the services- Streamlined the service model to create more synergy and collaboration with academic schools to support student success and retention

- Oversaw the operation of 3 career centres and managed a team of 16 staff to provide career education to more than 20,000 students on campus. - Enhanced the operation by implementing a college wide job posting portal and streamlining the service model- Presented 'Cultural Intelligence'​ and 'Innovative Career Management'​ at CACEE and Cannexus national conferences- Spearheaded new career events to meet the changing needs of diverse student population including Entrepreneurship Conference, 'Learning, Living and Working in Canada' events for International Students, and Speed Networking event for Immigrant students etc.

- Taught the Career Preparation Course to the Construction Management program

Oversaw and enhanced the operation of 5 student service areas:Career Services; Foundations for Success (Directed advising services for first year students); Degree and Credit Transfer Services; Internationally Trained Individuals (ITI) Advising Services; Success @ Seneca
