Main responsibilities include operating the cashier desk serving members and balancing tills at the end of the day, looking into queries such as Power of Attorney requests, opening savings accounts and undertaking savings reviews for members . Looking into possible fraudulent transactions as well as assisting with the head office complaints. Most recent responsibility changes include becoming bankage officer for the branch as well as authorised deputy duties. I act as a champion for digital baking in branch and as complaints champions helping the branch and wider within the cluster with compaints training, logging and resolution.

Wrest Park

Responsible for the day to day running of the site, ensuring that all buildings were open to and ready for the public. Supervising a team of staff who administered admission ticketing as well as retail sales within the shop and balancing all tills at the end of day as the bankage officer. As part of this role I was responsible for ensure rota were drawn up and sent out promptly and any holiday etc. was authorised within good time of rotas, managed the sites social media accounts promoting the site to members and non members as well as using this platform to provide updates when site was closed for health and safety reasons. Also responsible to the smooth running of events such as St Georges Day and involved in the visit by the Antiques Roadshow.

Member of the Visitor Services team responsible for ticketing and scanning of National Trust membership as well as selling and signing up new members. Responsible for balancing tills at the end of the day as well as balancing the National Trust sales at the end of the week.
