I have worked in the third sector, in the domestic abuse field for 15 years. During this time I have directly supported children and young people affected by domestic abuse, youth victims of abuse, young people displaying harmful behaviours and supported standard, medium and high risk adult victims. I currently manage the Victim and Family Team at Phoenix DAS. This team delivers support to victims, children, parents and young people.I manage the daily running of the Team, provide supervision, run case management meetings, monitor the referrals, caseloads and outcomes of all referrals as well as providing a point of safeguarding contact across the team. I am committed to supporting individuals to recognise positive choices available to them.In addition to the daily running of the team, I also consider the longer term goals of the team and the need to adapt to meet service users needs and expectations.
