I helped facilitate the largest successful debit card conversion project in the bank's history. This included a brand flip, with new chip technology, for the entire debit card portfolio of business and personal customers (500k+). My largest areas of focus were: system testing and validation for launch, corporate communications, employee engagement and training, and real-time customer support.

I was responsible for assessing training needs and ensuring training was delivered via the appropriate learning method within the Michigan market's 200+ Banking Centers. I was accountable for driving consistency throughout my team, with participants, and in overall classroom delivery. I ensured that the training team was skillful in sales methods and adult-learning principles, to ensure the successful transfer of knowledge and job skills. I also facilitated basic to advanced training for internal positions ranging from customer service representatives to regional managers, via instructor-led and virtual mediums.

Southfield Michigan

I delivered instructor-led training to Banking Center team members using various training materials and advanced adult learning techniques. I coached and supported employees of all levels through instructor-led and virtual courses and achieved a 98% passing ratio. I participated in train-the-trainer sessions, stayed up-to-date expertise in adult learning theory and facilitation, best practices, and new technology.

Farmington Hills And Redford, Mi

I assisted the Retail Banking Center Manager in providing direction and leadership to banking center employees with emphasis on achieving sales goals, remarkable customer service and team work. I heavily utilized retail and business product knowledge, sold loans and deposit products to consumer and small business customers and prospects. Each year I exceeded individual sales and referral goals on an annual basis; develop, maintained and grew a client base and portfolio. I was also responsible for compliance with federal, state and local laws, as well as regulations.
