• To ensure successful completion of all contracts allocated in terms of:- Agreed system requirements/ specifications by the customer.- Terms and conditions of the order.- Timeframe and cost.• Plan and manage activities that are required for completion of the order to the satisfaction of the client and Company.• Prepare and monitor project execution program, wherever applicable.• Prepare and submit technical submittals for client approval.• Supervise projects for the installation and maintenance of the fire alarm and firefighting system such as Fire Alarm System (SIMPLEX & MINIMAX), FM200, Fire Pump, Deluge and Sprinkler System• Liaise, consult and co-operate with other departmental managers in the discharge of other functions and responsibilities.• Participate in preparation and review of project risk assessments / impact assessments; ensure operatives are aware of the findings of all relevant risk assessments and fully aware of their responsibilities for operating safe systems of work.• Investigate nonconformities and review adequacy of corrective and preventive actions recommended/ taken to prevent recurrence of the nonconformities.• Prepare/ review/ investigate incidents, ensure corrective / preventive actions are implemented.• Check that the supervisors and operatives are carrying out their duties and to stimulate their interest and participation in quality, health and safety matters.• Ensure that site equipment, plant, test equipment under his control are safe for use, maintained and inspected as recommended. Arrange for necessary repair / replacement of defective equipment and prevent usage of defective equipment.• Execute project with due attention for quality, health and safety and environment.• To ensure that work once started is carried out as planned, and that relevant legislation and regulations are observed on site.

• Perform and execute inspections and testing of previously installed Fire Protection System in Doha Super Pumping Station in KAHRAMAA (Qatar General Electricity & Water Corporation).• Conduct Preventive Maintenance as per equipment program.• Assist Contractors for the dismantling & installation of Fire Protection System such as FM200 System, Deluge System and Fire Pumps (Jockey, Electric & Diesel).• Supervise contractor’s activities during maintenance works.• Knowledge on National Fire Protection Association (NFPA).• Estimating costs for engineering & labor for installation, testing and commissioning.• Prepare material submittals such as datasheets, catalogues & testing certificates for each material (especially MINIMAX Germany products)to be submit in Qatar Civil Defence for approval.• Review site, construction, sprinkler standpipe, fire alarm and other system plans to ensure that they conform to the applicable regulations, standards & codes.

• Operates and maintains Form Fill Seal machine (Haver and Boecker with capacity of 30 tons/hr), palletizer machine, stretched hood, s8 image printer.• Specializes in complete PLC operation of the packaging system, big bag machine system of the control panel.• Works as a field operator in printing plastic (LLDPE, HDPE, and PP) bags and pouches.• Operates and drives forklift truck.• Inspects, test runs, and checks machines/equipments for proper maintenance before starting the operation• Observe machine operations to ensure quality and conformity of filled or packaged products to standards.• Regulate machine flow, speed, or temperature.• Recommends modification to the equipment and systems to supervisor to improve operating and safety conditions.• Acts as First Line Crew (FLC) during emergency fire drills in the plant.• Undergone Basic Firefighting training encompassing the approach and control of fire; types and use of fire extinguishers, Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA), and plant fire control systems.• Coordinates with area/unit supervisor and safety officers about the job to be executed to their respective area, strictly following area health and safety procedures.• Complies to agreed 5S standards, which is the process to systematically achieved total organization cleanliness and standardization in the work place• Adjust machine components and machine tension and pressure according to size or processing angle of product.
