First in the Netherlands and then in Scotland, after my football career new opportunities arose. A Premium Personal Training Club mainly focused on Entrepreneurs. Soon it grew into one of the leading organisations in the Netherlands with offices in Rotterdam, The Hague, Amsterdam and Schiphol.𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 & 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝘁𝗲BodyMentors is now a High Performance & Health Institute with a total concept where High Performers like CEO's, Entrepreneurs, Managers, Athletes, Artists and other professionals are guided to personal and business success.𝗧𝗼𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗟𝗶𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘁𝘆𝗹𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 (𝗧𝗟𝗖)We use a self-developed methodology called Total Lifestyle Coaching.
