-Provides frontline support for all Wardrobe Team Members by assisting with work direction and accountability. -Communicates new company and departmental information to team members in a timely manner. -Responds to Guest and Team Member inquiries with the highest level of integrity and service. -Provides performance feedback, behavior standards, and feedback for recognition. -Effectively communicate laundry shortages to ensure ample stock for Team Members.

-Floor supervisor, assisting guests with rectifying any issues or concerns that may have arose while in Wardrobe Facility. -Supervises Training Team. Come up with consistent and constant training and retraining for all Team Members. Led the writing of the Standard Operating Procedures from beginning to end of the entire Operation and implemented training and sign off. -Late night support for guests and team members offering coach and counsel sessions, training and development opportunities, guest and team member support. -Employee engagement coordinator between leadership team and Wardrobe Team as well as Wardrobe Team and guests. Coordinate all engagement activities and gatherings.-Provide exceptional guest service to all incoming guests to the Wardrobe department as well as guest service training to Wardrobe team. -Communicates and relays all operational changes to team members. -Liaison between team members and leadership team to effectively come up with action plans to better understand and assist our floor team function in their day to day operation.
