The quarterly bonus structure provided more immediate feedback to the employees an improved performance and morale. • Part of a team that successfully negotiated the purchase of a printing consumables company. Handled the financial aspects and worked together with lawyers to finalize all legal matters. The new products available provided broader market penetration and resulted in more stable and consistent financial results for the South African operation.
