Formerly a Technical Engineer / C.C.E. at British Airways with over 30 years experience in the aviation Industry. I have always been fascinated by engineering and started my career as an Apprentice with British Airways in 1988. Progressed to become a Technical Engineer in the Design Office and Cabin Interiors in 1995 before transferring to Fleet Technical holding approvals in Aircraft Systems and Structures. Transferring these skills to component management and supplier management, my journey continued. Since forming LJ Aviation Services in 2012, I have been able to make use of my skills, knowledge and experience to better myself and continue my life journey.My goal is to use wealth of knowledge and experience I have gained in my career to date to continue to set and maintain high standards in aircraft engineering.Specialties: Technical and Product Support, Aircraft Tyres, Wheels and Brakes and Aircraft Landing Gears. I also provide investigative experience, root cause analysis and expert witness testimony. Currently I General Manager Operations and Head of Technical at Rotable Repairs In 2016 I graduated from the University of Westminster with a Masters Degree in Management and in 2021 obtained a second Masters Degree in Human Resource Management.
