• Responsible for leading release activities and managing the services provided to clients during software implementation, configuration, process re-engineering and issue resolution• Responsible for customer-based SLAs for the South Island DHBs.• Created key working relationships with external stakeholders in order to support them to deliver a large scale solution that compromises of 1.9 million patient accesses/month (200k unique patients by 17k unique users) and 3.5 million document views/month (250k document created/month)• Provide product recommendations and configurations, technical expertise for integrations, develop and code sound technical solutions

• Responsible for providing leadership of Orbit (corporate) board reporting, debtors reporting, month-end reporting, system support and ad hoc finance support.• Provide financial analysis and modelling to Management to support decision making
