REACH is a winning example of a free-to-all youth center that has transformed a community by providing a landmark complex that is big, beautiful, and designed by youth for youth.REACH delivers a rich array of programs to youth aged 11-24 in the Ashland community. Through public-private partnerships, REACH provides health care, dental care, behavioral health, education, mentoring, career training, art, dance, cooking, athletics, recreation—all that and community services.

Provided daily tactical management against long-term strategic goals to ensure organizational vitality, overseeing fundraising efforts, key stakeholder engagement, and direct service program delivery.

Responsible for the day-to-day management of Youth Radio headquarters, strategic initiative development, and partnership maintenance. Central role on leadership teams tasked with assessing relevance and impact of innovation opportunities for business and programmatic models, tackling test-for-fit, fostering incubation, and supervising piloting. Some of these projects are existing ventures with high stakes deliverables and secured funding, others represent new directions with major investment potential. Provided direct oversight and fundraising support to Youth Radio’s Digital Media & Technology Pathways and Arts Pathways programs, respectively. Both are exemplar training and education interventions preparing youth to enter the digital communication and creative industry workforces.Represented the organization publicly in a cross section of settings and capacities.
