As the Team Leader for IT service demand, my primary responsibility is to effectively manage, prioritize, and coordinate the demand for IT services. This includes identifying and understanding the IT needs of the organization, not only internally but increasingly in collaboration with network partners. I ensure optimized use of IT resources and the prioritization of projects and service requests based on business goals. In short, the Team Leader for IT service demand plays a crucial role in aligning IT with the strategic needs of the organization and optimizing IT service delivery.

Prepare and coordinate implementations of large scale IT projects including: Identity & Access Management, Single Sign-On, Cloud migration and networking infrastructure. Responsible for deploying, advising, maintaining and supporting of entire enterprise grade server and network infrastructure. Server architecture is mainly the Microsoft platform running in the Azure Cloud and in an on-prem High Availability VM Ware virtualization cluster distributed over multiple sites. Deploying and maintaining the network consisting of Dark Fiber connections, using technologies including: vlan segmentation, QOS, ACL, aggregated links and spanning tree protocol. Deploying and monitoring security and intrusion prevention solutions to protect confidential data and intellectual property.
