Manager at “Beit Keynan” - Community and Culture Center of Herzliya. Built and established an activity center for a wide range of communities and non-profit organizations. Built a unique well-rounded community of tens of thousands of residents from Herzliya and the surroundings, who now connect and engage with Beit Keynan, both physically and digitally. Beit Keynan has become the cultural and social heart of Herzliya.Position Includes:• Creating, executing and managing Beit Keynan's Business and Marketing strategies, positioning it as a leading and unique cultural center, while constantly expanding its activities and target audiences.• Initiating and organizing a variety of social and cultural events: Lectures, workshops and courses. Events take place both on-site and digitally via Zoom, while an average audience varies between 1,000-2,500 participants. Responsible for all details from ideation to planning and actual event production.• Creating a unique concept of giving lectures voluntarily by senior academic lecturers and researchers, senior hi-tech executives, ministers, heads of former institutions and more, while the audience participation is free of charge - Creating a ‘win-win’ situation.•Managing the Digital Marketing activities of Beit Keynan and Herzliya Park, including Social Advertising and working with the Municipality’s PR Department.• Managing Beit Keynan’s Social Media activity and relationship with followers in the various medias: Business Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, WhatsApp, and a mailing list of 30,000 followers.• Managing the budget, annual work plan, and the entire relationship with sub-contractors, including: Marketing and Advertising services and event production.• Building a community of volunteers for Beit Keynan and developing community-based activities in multidisciplinary fields such as: Environment, Nature and Society.
