I lead the execution of a range of projects within the Pulmonary Institute at Schneider Pediatric Hospital including patient transitioning, the building of multi-disciplinary clinics and embedding telemedicine into workplace flow. Using my expertise in specific innovative tools, design thinking and business models, I work to enhance efficiency and the productivity of the medical staff by improving patient experience.
