Perform Functional, Regression, and E2E Testing. • Worked tightly with the development teams to identify and resolve software defects.• Building of automated tests for CI/CD processes using tools such as Ginger and Java automation framework, TestNG, Selenium, and Rest Assured.• Using JIRA to track and update defects progress.

Resolution of first-level IT service requests over the phone, screen sharing, and through trouble tickets. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve a range of software, hardware, and connectivity issues. Active Directory and SAP user administration, password resets and unlocks. Resolve technical issues with Outlook, Mail, Distribution groups.

Functional and Exploratory Testing, Test case execution, and bug report in cycles of companies like FIBI Banking, Yes/StingTV, SodaStream on Web, Mobile, and TV platforms. Work with STD excel files.
