• Responsible for a wide range of areas: procurement of contracts and agreements, strategic procurement and credit cards, general procurement• Preparation of tender and contract documents, construction of long-term framework agreements, strategic agreements amounting to up to NIS 15 million per year that require in-depth knowledge of the world while understanding the legal clauses• Ongoing care of the company's real estate which includes buildings and branches and lease agreements• Budget management including, rent, management fees, property taxes, water, electricity and energy• Pricing of RFP, RFI projects• Responsible for procurement in the digital world• Negotiating and drafting agreements in the world of marketing• Preparation of long-term procurement agreements with promotion companies• Responsible of preparing agreements and contracting with the catering companies, the cleaning companies and security companies• Senior partner for the implementation and development of the Oracle system in the field of procurement in the organization, while driving all the division's interfaces• Purchase credit cards of the entire company, import the cards and work with shipping companies• Analysis of the requirements and needs for the purpose of locating the appropriate manufacturers / suppliersin Israel / abroad, managing comprehensive negotiation processes• Construction of working methods, tenders and procurement specifications, including cost calculations for longterm agreements• Improving procurement processes and implementing savings and efficiencies at the overall level in thecompany• Examination of price offers and contracting with businesses in orders and / or long-term agreements (5 years)
