• Responsibility for all tasks and processes taking place on the production floor - safety, quality, personnel (recruitment, and training), production, maintenance and planning.• Working with external bodies (support and infrastructure, planning, yard, and other production departments) - defining needs and building interfaces.• Leading process of operational excellence, assimilation of Lean methodologies - training by an external consulting firm, leading the process of continuous improvement in a number of parallel planes, reducing waste, streamlining and shortening processes.
