Mobile SatCom Business Line Manager responsible for the P&L, marketing budgets, sales, development and the Strategic/annual programs (yearly & quarterly) of the business line as well as direct manager of 7 Sales & Business Development Directors in Israel and overseas subsidiaries (Europe, North America, South America and Far East).

Vice President Marketing & Sales, responsible for two product lines (Mobile SatCom & Tracking & Telemetry) for EMEA region (Europe, Middle East & Africa).As part of my job I have been responsible for:  Orbit GV Ltd, Orbit subsidiary in Europe Market Analysis (needs, trends, competitors, etc.) Establishing a network of Dealers & Partners ( over 50 companies) for sales, installation and service supporting the two lines of business Preparing technical and commercial proposals as well as support for the dealers with the end users Implementation of strategic sales and penetration to target markets (existing and new) Customer visits on a regular basis, about 12-15 times a year Managing the OI Forecast on annual, quarterly and monthly levels  Organizing and participating exhibitions and conferences Product Characterization, Team leading  Marketing materials (catalogs, product sheets, website, PR price lists, etc.)

During 2001 I was re-located to the U.S. (Los Angeles) and I was appointed President of Orbit CT&T Inc. Orbit CT&T Inc. responsibilities included: marketing activities, sales and service in the Americas.In 2002, I established the East Coast branch in Ft. Lauderdale which consisted of sales technicians supporting the Maritime SatCom systems.By the end of 2002, the number of Orbit CT&T employees increased to 15 (sales, technicians, finance, warehouse and QA).Another major activity was establishing manufactory capability of selected Orbit products to support the Israeli Defense Ministry FMF requirements.

In 1997, I led a team whose mission was to research the possibility of developing maritime satellite stabilized Broadband communications products and prepare marketing/operational plans for three years.Orbit management decided established Orbit Marine, a new Strategic Business Unit (SBU) - a Profit/loss unit.I was appointed as the SBU manager as well as a member of Orbit management.The business unit was in charge of sales, marketing, R & D, product and program managements and service.I was responsible for: Preparation of a detailed business plan  Determining market segments and territories to penetrate Characterization of families and products including three years roadmap Establishing sales channels and service network Preparation of marketing materials (presentations, catalogs, newsletters, etc.) The product development team Sales Team and global service Signing partnerships agreements with major maritime communication and integrators companies  Establishing a subsidiary in Europe that will deal with sales, service and installations.
