Responsible for streamlining the Nokia Services infrastructure to a cloud based architecture and take advantage of the BIG Data platform that we built. Results: Over $150M in annual savings. Managed the Portfolio Management, Analytics, M&A, New Business Incubation and Business Development teams at Nokia Service Platforms. This organization developed and managed the Core Platform (Big Data, Identity and Commerce) and Infrastructure for the mobile internet services business (180M+ consumers in 186 countries).Appointed as a Board Member of INdT. Nokia owned subsidiary company with 300 employees in Brazil

General Manager of Nokia's Ovi Share service, Nokia's personal media sharing service. This service helped over 20M users to take a photo on their Nokia mobile phone (smartphone or feature phone) and with one-click share it with their friends, family or public.Result: Launch successfully the service and grew the registered user base from 0 to 20M in 18 months. Integrated the service mobile experience into all Nokia's smartphones and key feature phones.Managed the overall Service P&L.
