Hosting Service Providers (HSP) channel is one of the fastest growing businesses for Microsoft. HSPs play a critical role in shaping the IT consumption model of the future as customers on-ramp to the cloud and consume more cloud services. The HSP team is dedicated to driving and elevating Microsoft’s relationship with Hosters, Managed Service Providers, Telcos and SaaS ISV partners delivering cloud services to end customers. These partners host cloud services on their own datacenters as well as leverage Microsoft Public Cloud offering through Cloud Services Provider (CSP) program. Microsoft is placing strategic emphasis on hosting providers as key go-to-market partners for Microsoft software and services for share gain in business cloud services. The HSP strategy encompasses working with hosting partners to go to market with a range of business offerings in both hosted Infrastructure and Applications, across all segments of the market and across private and public cloud. The HSP team is experiencing high growth and increased senior executives’ visibility given the strategic nature of the business for Microsoft.As part of the HSP team I transferring deep technical knowledge to the Hosting Service Provider technical teams and deliver operational efficiencies and develop an architectural roadmap with the partner to drive adoption of Microsoft strategy. Building a Hybrid model for partners to assist the transformation of customers applications to Cloud models.
