+ Network Design - A to Z integration and design for customers.+ Professional analyses of customer requirements and design turnkey/tailor made solution+ Responsible for preparing a technical bill of material (BoM) and network layout+ Providing advice to Sales of which products and services might fulfill a customer’s requirement+ Knowledge and network modeling and design experience for managed VSAT network platforms from vendors such as iDirect, Romantis, Comtech EF Data and Newtec+ Writing the formal documents for proposals with emphasis on the technical description and definition+ Knowledge and design experience with VSAT signaling and access technologies including SCPC, TDM/TDMA and hybrid solutions+ Determine pricing/costing out the technical solution+ Promote technical aspects of sales process to new and existing customers+ Providing prompt response to customer's requests: RFPs, RFIs, proposals, Presentations and quotes+ Provide design & technical guidelines to the networking infrastructure team.+ Responsible for preparing the technical solution bill of material and description.

The position contains 3 main directions : 1. Technical Account Manager (TAM) :- Primary focal point for all technical related issues of strategic accounts- Manage technical aspects of new customer's projects 2. Tier2/3 TAC Engineer :- Escalation point for TAC team regarding RF and especially for IP related issues- Working closely with Engineering department (Tier 4)3. Shift Manager :- Responsible for all technical activities during the shift, “A-Z”, : priority, activities assignments, cancellations, reporting, etc. - Responsible for the teams during the shift - TAC team, coordinators and dispatcher teams (including managing them)- Supervise/OJT of new employees in the team during the shift
