In charge of the design, development, maintenance, and upgrades of the front end of a system level debugger tool, a Java Security tool, and an application embedded on the IBM cryptographic coprocessor for Linux and zSeries.• Designed and developed 9 critical crypto services for a common crypto architect project, delivered three major releases on time within scope and budget with high quality.• Received Team Excellence Award for delivering high quality project results on time with aggressive schedule.• Recognized by management as the most flexible, and quickest learner in the team.• Received recognition from 2 PM’s for developing and delivering an ongoing training program for new team members that significantly accelerated their productivity as they joined the crypto project.
