With over two decades of dedication to Telia, I have evolved as an expert in Service Assurance domain with end-to-end understanding from customer driven needs to fault management operations and business reporting. I have attained technical level knowledge from all telecom area environments. I have focused strongly in performance monitoring and asset management areas. I have managed to automate many manual processes and by doing this I have built strong architectural knowledge of automating complex delivery pipelines and running end-to-end automation flows. I have also been able to do full-stack development and with some coding experience I have created or been part of creating multiple internal systems and tools. According to my colleagues I am valued presenter with visual skills for documentation. I am co-operation oriented and familiar with all types of working formats from self-driven to waterfall to Scaled Agile Frameworks.
