• Oversee the day-to-day business operations of the organization.• Provide administrative, technical, and logistical support to teaching artists, staff, interns, and board members. • Monitor AP inbox and serve as primary support for accountant during semi-monthly visits. • Ensure AP invoices, statements, and receipts are properly routed, allocated and submitted for Executive Director and accountant approval.• Perform human resources functions including employee on-boarding and payroll processing.• Manage office and classroom technology including Apple Macintosh workstations, file server, student laptops and iPads; Office equipment purchasing and maintenance; Administration of office systems including Avaya IP Office, G Suite, Microsoft Office 365 subscription and desktop applications, Smartsheet, Salesforce, and Salesforce apps and integrations.• Create and streamline business processes to leverage the organization’s human and technological resources, including Smartsheet template and workflow design and extensive Salesforce CRM customizations.• Generate subcontractor and partner contracts and/or invoices using Salesforce and Conga Composer.• Manage electronic document signature process with DocuSign for Salesforce.• Develop student and program data collection models. • Analyze and report on post-residency/partnership assessment and evaluation data.• Design and coordinate the printing of marketing materials to promote program events, including fliers, post cards, and posters.In previous roles at Arts Impact, I provided office support including processing donations and generating acknowledgment letters, program administration, supervising program staff, purchasing program supplies and maintaining art supply and equipment inventories, as well as many of the functions I continue to perform today.
