As the third sales representative hired, I was selected to join an innovative leadership group, tasked to launch Cumberland's intravenous therapy's for acetaminophen toxicity, and pain management in the hospital setting. Expanded sales volume from zero to sixty five, out performing original goal of forty five emergency medicine and pain management formulary approvals. Educated and trained Anesthesia, ICU, oncologists, neurologists, ER, Orthopedic, Urology and OBGYN doctors, surgeons and nurses on how to administer medicines, while becoming clinical champions for the product line, ultimately leading to increased sales. As a trainer, I mentored new hires on product knowledge, scientific features, business development and proven sales strategies.
