About Caryn Heilman

Danced with the Paul Taylor Dance Company for ten years. Founded own dance and movement company LiquidBody media, movement and dance. Teaches LiquidBody Continuum-based somatic movvement online and in-person in NYC, MA, MO, and in Greece with a summer workshop annually at Bouros Seaview Retreat on a remote island in Greece. Teaches Movement Story at School of Visual Arts. Experience with guests at Bouros Seaview Retreat and Topia Inn and LiquidBody Movement clients has led her to co-found Evolve Your Sleep consulting with Nana Simopoulos.
