Working in UK universities since 1997, the idea that I’m part of Education profession, work and leisure, gives me a sense of usefulness and proud. I am a very adaptive, committed person who always contributes to a team work and also try hard to do better. I like new challenges, and solve problems by applying past experience, knowledge with the new skills. I work at the University of the West of England since 2000, currently as a business analyst specialized in Microsoft Dynamic CRM system on university projects, to provide best practice analytical expertise in system analysis and testing, supporting the Project manager, Head of Development and Application support manager in creating the delivery team, enabling IT Services to meet the strategic aims of the University.
