I have increased the product penetrations to an average of 50% ESC, 25% GAP, 18% Key Protection, 10% cosmetic coverage's and 10% pre-paid maintenance. I also increased the PVR by as much as $400 PVR. My responsibilities were to protect the dealership, the customer, and my reputation as a trusted F&I consultant. I presented all F&I products to customers at the time of delivery. I would educate customers about all payment options available to them including cash paying customers. I analyzed challenged credit customers and paired them up with suitable lenders. I worked as a team with my partner and together we indiscriminately completed deals for rapid funding. A professional attire, attitude and performance was always kept.

I managed a sales team of 12. I personally recruited, interviewed and trained my team. I was responsible for making sure my team grew by giving them direction, performance expectations and monthly sales goals. More importantly I found different ways to keep them motivated.
