Lead enablement and comms efforts for various applications inside IBM Marketing.

At IBM, I lead the digital change management efforts for CPQ Hub, a tool designed to streamline hardware sales for IBM sellers and IBM Business Partners, and also collaborate with some other tools.CPQ Hub’s adoption requires a lot of efforts in strategy based in communication, community management and content building.Therefore, my main responsabilities are:- Develop educational materials in different formats, such as video, PDFs and web based content- Set and manage a monthly newsletter for both application users and stakeholders- I have also created and manage Seismic pages for the application - introductory blog pages for users to learn the tools and find useful links- Rebuilt and manage the w3 page (internal IBM blogosphere), which includes a news blog- Regularly hosting live demo sessions for internal and external audiencesAll of those help increase the application adoption. This rate is measured periodically and compared to the communications analytics through a metrics report I have largely contribute to create and define the KPIs for, so it is possible to decide the next digital change, communication and adoptions efforts.Currently, I lead two adoption plans that will ensure mandatory usage of part of the tool. This represents a significant achievement for the application itself and for IBM hardware sale environment as a whole.
