• Oversee all day-to-day operations of the company, including storage, inventory, transportation, and distribution of LPG to private, commercial, and gas supplier customers.• Manage over 20 employees, including administrative and field employees: drivers, customer service clerks, Ramp workers for filling gas cylinders, supervisors, engineers, and technicians, under strict regulations, standards (Israeli 158 standard), and laws.• Preparing and managing annual or ongoing storage and company audits: fire and rescue, police, Israel Ministry of Energy, local authority, and environmental protection.• Develop and create new policies, organizational structure, processes, and business models and implement of strategic plans that resulted in increased efficiency, revenues, and cost savings by 20%. • Responsible for managing the purchase of gas from other gas suppliers, during winter seasons. • Negotiating and closing distribution and storage service agreements with major energy-gas companies in the industry.• Managing natural toxins and dealing with legal issues.

• Successfully implemented effective marketing strategies achieving KPI goals while doubling turnover sales 4 years in a row, adding thousands of customers each month.• Responsibility for managing the import of gas from abroad and transportation to gas storage.• Preparation of the company for EAPC storage tender, winning it - among the "small gas" companies. • Handling bureaucracy and documents on behalf of various regulatory bodies.• Establishing and managing service center for domestic and commercial customers.• Construction, training, and managing teams for changing gas suppliers, LPG technicians, landfilling and extracting gas containers. • Coordinating changing gas suppliers with competing gas companies: engaging in infrastructure surveys, receiving information on infrastructures prior to execution and decision-making on purchasing existing gas tanks.• participation in the economics committees as the company's representative, which is concerned with increasing competition and regulating safety.• Collaborating with an academic institution to pass legislative recommendations for the benefit of the company.• Negotiating and selling the company's activities to Sonol.
