Hr Business Partner
Current- Focus on strategic business initiatives while providing advisory and consultative solutions for people related strategies, including organizational structure, workforce planning, team effectiveness and change.
- Manage the full cycle of HR programs including succession planning, talent management, leadership effectiveness, performance management and compensation planning
- Provide advice, coaching, and support to business leaders and other managers to execute on talent strategies, including acquisition, development, assessment, recognition, retention and engagement
- Develop and execute upon a talent management strategy for the business including plans/execution around critical roles, succession, retention, and diversity.
- Strategically partner with leaders, providing them coaching, guidance and opportunities to accelerate the work of the business.
- Utilize analytics to consult on strategic and operational business discussions to influence talent decisions and outcomes.
