Not only are videos more likely to be consumed entirely with more information retained, they’re also more likely to entertain and impress.My responsibilities include:• Helping C-Level B2B customers by answering their inquiries via email and live communication channels: Chat, Social Media, Video Call, Phone• Working closely with every other department to provide feedback and insights on company products, customer onboarding and sales to drive improvements based on customer input.• Ensuring customer satisfaction through outstanding customer service• Critically analyzing and responding to queries from our customers• Building processes for managing and maintaining service level expectations in regards to our response time and quality of our customer queries• Proficient using Salesforce, Pipedrive, Hubspot, MS Office, RingCentral and Google Suite Products.
