Looking to expand my Leadership capabilities, Chatters brought a new challenge. This role would enable me to work with Stylists individually to increase their own business strengths; as well as manage the front retail environment.

A unique opportunity arose with LL Bean, as it entered into the Canadian Market. Opening the Brentwood location in November of 2021, the role leveraging my Operational, Talent Development and Planning skill-sets.

Took on an exciting and creative role within the Visual & Lifestyle Department, working at store-level for two BC stores, including one Flagship location at Granville/Broadway ($20M), and Grandview Corners location ($8.5M). Directly reported to the GM, leading along side with an 8-person Leadership Team, and sharing responsibility of 70+ direct reports. This role was a fantastic opportunity to pivot sales, service, and merchandising post-COVID, heavily focused on enhancing the entry/pathway, increasing Health & Sanitization measures, and creating a comfortable and safe consumer journey. Strongly supported the growth and maintenance of sales by enhancing visual merchandising, managing inventory, and rolling out sale events.

Sought after by the Banana Management Team, managing a Factory Store at the Queensborough Mall which produced on average $4.5 Million in annual revenues. Developed, mentored, and guided a Team of 40+ Sales Representatives, directly reporting to the District Manager on all matters including merchandising, budgets, and operations management.

Kick started career tenure working for a well-known retail location, generating on average $2 Million in annual sales, managing a team of 20+ Sales Representatives, while directly reporting to the District Manager on all business matters.
