While at the credit union, I oversaw the development of the CDFI program, creating products and services to meet the needs of underbanked individuals. Through my efforts, we were able to secure over $1.1 million in CDFI grants. This experience has given me a unique perspective on the challenges faced by low-to-moderate income populations and underserved communities.
